This role will support contract lifecycle activities for U.S. Government defense programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and performance. Roles and Responsibilities • Interface with government and prime customers on routine contractual matters. • Review and analyze RFPs/RFQs for compliance and risk; prepare proposal documentation and pricing support. • Negotiate contract terms and conditions under supervision, including delivery schedules. • Support Cost or Pricing Data (Truthful Cost or Pricing Data statute; formerly TINA) requirements, sweeps, and certifications; coordinate fact‑finding and DCAA/DCMA interactions. • Review contract modifications and maintain accurate records. • Assist with contract closeout and reporting requirements. • Guide internal stakeholders on contractual interpretation, risk posture, and change management. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field • 3+ years of government contracting experience, specifically Department of Defense (Department of War) • Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and TINA/CCOPD • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance #LI-PG1 For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
