Provide onboarding and ongoing electronic medical record education for nursing staff and other clinical staff as needed. Develop evidence-based curriculum to improve staff understanding and utilization of the electronic medical record. Effectively manage education related to implementation of new technology in the clinical areas. Registered Nurse, Educator, RNEducation: ▪ Required: Bachelors of Science in Nursing Experience: ▪ Required: At least 2 years previous nursing experience Skills: ▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ▪ Effective leadership abilities ▪ Exhibit valuable time management skills ▪ Computer literacy skills ▪ Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills ▪ Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ Required: RN license active in the state of Missouri ▪ Required: Must complete department specific certifications within the designated time frame
