The Technician II, Quality Control (HQC) is responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and products in support of all manufacturing areas within Integrated DNA Technologies and upkeeping instrumentation. This position reports to the Supervisor and is part of High Throughput Quality Control located in Coralville and will be an on-site role.  Schedule : Monday - Friday, 1st shift In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Analyzes data and information for quality, consistency, and accuracy • Use and service a variety of analytical and sample handling equipment • Maintain accurate and detailed sample, product and instrument records The essential requirements of the job include: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Proficiency with computer skills which include knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • The ability to accurately use SOPs and work instructions The desired requirements of the job include: • Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred • Previous experience in related work or education. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role • Lifting up to 50lbs: raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position. • Walking: moving about on foot to accomplish tasks.
