This role requires collaboration with other business units to identify needs, scope problems, and chart the long-term roadmap for the data platform and services. The Data team is responsible for managing data assets in a data lake architecture and overseeing the full data lifecycle from ingestion to processing to consumption. familiarity with containerized workloads in Kubernetes nice to have</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Demonstrated ability to manage production data workloads at scale (detecting and diagnosing issues, monitoring, incident response)</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
