Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.&nbsp; Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings.</p> <p>This individual will ideally have lived experience as a caretaker for an adult or youth experiencing severe mental health and/or substance use disorders. &nbsp;</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide in-home and community-based support to youth, adults, and families assisting parents and caregivers</li> <li>Collaborate with the ACCS team and families to offer in-person and telephonic support, referrals, and linkage to services</li> <li>Support parents and caregivers through advocacy, skill-building, and navigation of mental health, educational, and community systems</li> <li>Ensure all services are culturally and linguistically appropriate while promoting strengths-based, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care</li> <li>Assist families with treatment and safety planning, crisis intervention, and connecting to local, state, and federal resources</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Requires a High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Lived Experience with adults or youth with mental illness</li> <li>Valid Massachusetts drivers license&nbsp;</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Hourly Rate</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$22.77</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$22.77 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
