Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with mental illness by setting and working toward individualized nutritional goals. They will understand the connection between diet and mental well-being and be able to provide practical, supportive guidance as part of a holistic care teams.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide education and consultation on health, diet, nutrition, and activity levels</li> <li>Offer 1:1 support in developing realistic health, diet, exercise, and nutrition plans based on individual preferences, needs, and abilities</li> <li>Collaborate with ACCS team to support goal achievement and intervention follow-through</li> <li>Develop and implement creative nutrition interventions within the context of mental and behavioral health</li> <li>Conduct nutrition screenings, assessments, and documentation, and facilitate care coordination</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field</li> <li>Experience working with adults with severe mental illness</li> <li>Valid Massachusetts drivers license</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Annual Salary</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$57,680</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$57,680 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
