What You'll Do Comprehensive Primary Care • Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, wellness exams, and transitional care. • Opportunity to develop a pediatric focus while caring for patients across the lifespan. • Four clinical days per week • No routine provider call; after-hours call is managed through the Mass General Brigham After Hours Call Program Team-Based Care • Work alongside an experienced physician and advanced practice provider • Supported by embedded Behavioral Health, Social Work, Care Management, Diabetes Education, Medication Access Coordinators, Virtual Clinical Support, and dedicated RN and MA support.
