Job Family : Data Science & Analysis Travel Required : None Clearance Required : Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do : • Designs, develops, and maintains data pipelines and computational workflows to support large-scale scientific or analytical datasets. • Implements ETL processes and workflow automation to ensure data is analysis-ready and reproducible. • Performs data validation, quality control, and documentation of data pipelines and provenance. • Collaborates with technical and domain teams to troubleshoot data issues and tailor solutions to analytical needs. • Optimizes performance and resource usage for high-volume data processing. What You Will Need : • Master’s degree in bioinformatics, computational science, or related field • FIVE 5 years’ relevant experience. • Proficiency in Python, R, and workflow tools; experience with databases and cloud/HPC environments. • Experience working with complex or scientific datasets. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "public trust"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their public trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred What Would Be Nice To Have : • Experience in distributed computing or large-scale data environments • Familiarity with research data ecosystems. • Prior NIH experience The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
