Job Description Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Full-Time & Part-Time Einstein Philadelphia – Jefferson Health Jefferson Health is seeking full-time and part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our growing anesthesia team at Einstein Philadelphia, a premier academic medical center and Level I Trauma Center in Philadelphia. Einstein Philadelphia offers a highly collaborative clinical environment with a diverse and complex case mix across multiple specialties, including trauma, orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, urology, and gastroenterology. Our CRNAs work alongside experienced anesthesiologists utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and Cerner EMR within a Magnet-designated hospital committed to excellence in patient care. More than 40% of our anesthesia staff have been with the organization for 15 years or longer, reflecting the strong culture, stability, and professional satisfaction within our department. Position Summary The CRNA is responsible for delivering high-quality anesthesia care in collaboration with attending anesthesiologists. This role includes pre-operative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia management, post-anesthesia care, and participation in departmental initiatives focused on quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
