With more than 12,000 team members—physicians, surgeons, nurses, pharmacists and other highly skilled health care professionals—UofL Health is focused on one mission: delivering patient-centered care to each and every patient each and every day Job Description: The Monitor Technician is responsible for effectively monitoring patients on Central Station Telemetry in Mixed Acuity and/or Critical Care Units. This employee reports cardiac and/or vital sign changes to the nursing staff and escalates concerns, as needed. The employee primarily monitors adult and geriatric and occasionally adolescent patients.
