You’ll partner with leaders and employees to build an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace.</p>

<li class="py-0.5">Partnering with managers to cultivate strong working relationships, boost morale, and improve retention.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding to bring in exceptional people who thrive in our culture.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Shaping and executing an <span class="font-semibold">employee engagement strategy</span> that fosters belonging and growth.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Leading and facilitating performance and development programs that connect individual goals to company success.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Partnering on <span class="font-semibold">succession planning, career path frameworks</span>, and leadership development initiatives.</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Managing complex employee relations matters with fairness, empathy, and compliance.</li>

<li class="py-0.5">Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, with a strong focus on CA employment standards</li>

<p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p>
<p class="overflow-wrap-anywhere mb-4 break-words text-base font-normal leading-7 last:mb-0 [li_&]:mb-0">We’re searching for an HR professional who brings both <span class="font-semibold">strategic thinking and hands-on expertise</span> to the table.</p>
<ul class="ml-4 list-outside list-disc">
<li class="py-0.5">Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li>
<li class="py-0.5">7+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred)</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Deep understanding of <span class="font-semibold">California employment law</span></li>
<li class="py-0.5">SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Strong organizational skills with attention to detail</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Experience with HRIS systems such as <span class="font-semibold">Ultipro</span> and <span class="font-semibold">Greenhouse</span> a plus</li>
<li class="py-0.5"><span class="font-semibold">Bilingual (English/Spanish)</span> is an asset</li>
