About CMSAN: The vision for CMSAN is to accelerate translational discovery and usher in a new era of “cure and precure” by leveraging the center’s biorepository and Mayo’s Precure initiative to identify at-risk individuals before symptoms appear, enabling earlier interventions such as biomarker-guided treatments and vaccine trials. The CMSAN priorities include expanding decentralized, multi-site clinical trials across Mayo Clinic, advancing innovative therapies, strengthening partnerships with industry and advocacy groups, deepening collaborations across campuses and globally, building an AI-driven data infrastructure, and recruiting and mentoring the next generation of clinician-scientists.
