As an AI Designer, you'll work at the intersection of generative AI and brand storytelling — using emerging tools to produce, iterate, and scale visual content across campaigns, product launches, and digital channels. You'll partner closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, and cross-functional marketing leads to translate briefs into high-quality AI-assisted output, while helping shape the workflows and standards that define how this team creates.</p> <p>This is an IC role for someone who is already doing this work — not someone who wants to learn it on the job. You have a strong design foundation, you know how to prompt, and you know the difference between AI-generated content that's useful and content that's just fast.</p> <h3>What You'll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Use generative AI tools to produce campaign imagery, product visuals, lifestyle content, and exploratory concepting at speed.</li> <li>Collaborate to execute against creative briefs — bringing strong design instincts, not just prompt execution, to every project.</li> <li>Build and maintain a library of approved prompts, workflows, and templates that raise the quality floor for AI output across the Creative team.</li> <li>Stay current on the AI tools landscape and bring forward-thinking recommendations on what the team should adopt, test, or retire.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally to fulfill content requests that require AI-assisted production.</li> <li>Maintain SharkNinja brand standards in all AI-generated output — color, typography, tone, and visual language remain consistent regardless of the tool.</li> <li>Support retouching, compositing, and image refinement workflows using AI-enhanced tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.</li> <li>Participate in regular creative reviews and iterate quickly based on feedback.</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related creative discipline — with a demonstrable AI design practice layered on top.</li> <li>Fluency with at least two or more leading generative AI platforms; you can show a portfolio of work produced with these tools.</li> <li>Strong foundation in design principles — composition, color, typography, hierarchy — that shows up in your AI output, not just your traditional work.</li> <li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for finishing, retouching, and compositing AI-generated assets.</li> <li>Experience working within brand systems and the discipline to apply them consistently across a high volume of output.</li> <li>Strong project management instincts — you can manage multiple concurrent requests, communicate timelines, and flag blockers without being chased.</li> <li>Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where the tools, the briefs, and the expectations are all evolving.</li> <li>A point of view on what good looks like — and the ability to articulate it.</li> </ul> <h3>Compensation &amp; Location</h3> <p>This role is based in Needham, MA. Salary is commensurate with experience and aligned to SharkNinja's internal band for Individual Contributor design roles.
