Loader/Unloader - 1st Shift 5:30AM

We are looking to hire a Loader/Unloader for our Daniels’ medical waste treatment facility in Indianapolis, IN. Daniels Health conducts background checks and drug testing as part of the post‑offer hiring process. • Lifting 55lbs bins and push a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs • Weigh incoming sharps and medical waste containers • Load/operate our autoclave machine (a pressure chamber to melt materials) • Load the Washsmart system (container washing + sanitization system) • Provide attention to detail with the paperwork required to process containers • Standing for extended periods of time happily and comfortably • Working well with a team! • Must have a VALID driver's license!! • Previous experience in a warehouse labor-intensive job (repetitive lifitng of 50lbs to 75lb containers!!) • Willingness to take a 5 panel urine drug screening • Willingness to take a 7 year background check • Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately • Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems • Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards • Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in PPE • Proven longevity with employers • Can-do attitude!! • Job stability – as an essential service to healthcare we are non-seasonal and recession proof. • Consistent work hours- Monday to Friday 1st Shift (5:30AM-3PM) • Benefits: Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave from day one! • DIRECT HIRE – This is a Full-time DIRECT HIRE of 40 hours per week! • Competitive salary – This position is offering a set rate (non-Negotiable) of $21.00 per hour!
