Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Circulating Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Surgery Center team. This is your opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative setting where every role is valued. What You’ll Do • Schedule: 60 hours every two weeks • Weekday shifts : Three 10-hour shifts per week (6:15am-4:45pm) • Weekday call:  Post-shift call during the weekday shifts if needed to finish up cases • Weekend call:  Saturday morning call about once every 10–12 weeks • Holiday call shift approximately once a year • Care for patients across all ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics • Circulate for a wide range of surgical specialties, including:  • Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Hand, Urology, Podiatry, GYN, Robotics, Dental and Pain Services • Oversee the operating room suite and maintain accurate documentation during surgical cases   What You’ll Get • Starting pay of $38.96/hour + more for experience! • A team-oriented department that values collaboration and respect for every role • Colleagues with extensive experience and longevity • A department recognized for high patient satisfaction scores • Strong leadership support from Clinical Manager, Supervisor, and Nurse Educator • Access to Gundersen’s Career Development Center for ongoing growth • Competitive benefits, including comprehensive healthcare coverage and a top-rated retirement plan   What You’ll Need • RN license in Wisconsin • Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing • BLS certification for healthcare providers • At least 1 year of RN experience or other operating room experience • Operating Room experience preferred; scrub experience a plus!   Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin.
