Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.   What You’ll Be Doing • Perform general yard maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe work area • Operate equipment and tools to support daily plant and yard operations • Assist with material handling, inventory organization, and load preparation • Support production teams with tasks that keep the site running efficiently • Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment   What We Are Looking For • Ability to work effectively in a physically active, outdoor industrial environment • Comfortable operating or learning to operate mobile and handheld equipment • Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to safe work habits • Reliable, adaptable, and able to work both independently and with a team • Willingness to perform a variety of labor-intensive and hands-on tasks   Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing • ⁠Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
