Job Details ChristianaCare is hiring a full-time Patient Guide for our Cancer Center, Helen F. Graham Center in Newark, DE. As a Patient Guide at the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center, you would be charged with tending to incoming patients and visitor’s needs, and other traffic and parking management operations. This includes greeting patients, providing wheelchairs, transports, and physical assistance, and monitoring the general location for patient safety, security risks, and other ancillary tasks. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  • Three to five years in medical office or reception setting preferred. • Customer service experience Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 20lbs and push patients in wheelchairs. Working conditions: •    Frequent exposure to various weather conditions often for extended periods •    Occasional exposure to bodily fluids •    Occasional exposure to vehicle exhaust fumes and fluids •    Must be willing to cover partner early or late hours when not on duty.    Please include updated resume with application. Hourly Pay Range: $16.50 - $23.93 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
