Reporting to the <strong>Chief Revenue Officer</strong>, you will coordinate campaigns, manage agency partners, and work with leadership to strengthen our brand and support company growth.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple projects while actively contributing to content, digital marketing, and events.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the marketing calendar, campaign timelines, and approval process to keep projects moving.</li> <li>Coordinate marketing across social media, email, websites, digital advertising, and business development materials.</li> <li>Manage external agencies and creative vendors, including deliverables, budgets, and performance.</li> <li>Develop content, grow our social media presence, and support founder-led content on LinkedIn.</li> <li>Maintain consistent branding and coordinate leadership and compliance approvals.</li> <li>Organize trade show marketing, booth materials, promotional merchandise, and lead capture.</li> <li>Track campaign results and spending, and recommend improvements to increase marketing effectiveness.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Five or more years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, or a related role.</li> <li>Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Experience managing multiple marketing projects and external agencies or vendors.</li> <li>Working knowledge of social media, email marketing, websites, content development, and paid media.</li> <li>Strong writing, communication, organization, and follow-through.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and coordinate contributors to meet deadlines.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth, or another regulated industry.</li> <li>Experience in a fast-growing company.</li> <li>Familiarity with marketing analytics, project management tools, and CRM systems.</li> <li>Ability to create content independently with limited reliance on agencies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>401(k)</li> <li>401(k) matching</li> <li>Dental insurance</li> <li>Health insurance</li> <li>Paid time off</li> <li>Vision insurance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p> <p>As part of <strong>Precision Medicine</strong>, you’ll be at the heart of an exciting transformation in the telemedicine landscape.
