The AVP is responsible for maintaining a high-performing team of analysts, with a particular emphasis on the training, coaching, and development structure necessary to strengthen analysts’ judgment, claims-handling skills, efficiency, and outcomes.   The AVP also serves as a business leader within Resolutions and across the Company. Success in this role requires a leader who measures their effectiveness not only by the results of the claims they oversee, but by the growth and effectiveness of the people they lead and their contribution to the broader organization.
