Senior Technical Program Manager

Role Summary Drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of new technology programs in the areas of Open-RAN and Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN). Own and drive the full lifecycle of cross-functional programs in the new and uncharted territory of applying NBloT technology to non-terrestrial networks. Collaborate with the product groups for analyzing and implementing Innovative solutions such as Voice over NB-loT. Manage dependencies across all facets of the program and proactively plan for risk mitigation. Present to the executives internally as well as the customer teams on a regular interval and champion program governance process. Manage work items and dependencies with partners and third-party vendors while preserving company interests. Collaborate with business team, product management, and product engineering for definition of scope, estimation, and success criteria on a business proposal. Job Requirements Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a directly related field plus one (1) year of experience in RF engineering and optimization in a terrestrial mobile network.
