What You'll Be Doing • Safely operate ready-mix concrete trucks to deliver product to customer job sites • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and equipment readiness • Load, transport, and discharge concrete in accordance with delivery specifications • Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers • Maintain accurate delivery records and uphold safety and quality standards What Are We Looking For • Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in varied driving and job-site conditions • Strong attention to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance • Capability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks • Effective communication skills and a customer-focused mindset • Dependability and flexibility to support operational needs and schedules Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer • $26.79 per hour • $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year) • Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension • Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
